Three sizes of nylon packing cube, cut to fill an OT Duffel without leaving dead space. Each one is a flat pouch until it is loaded, and rolls back down to a fist-sized bundle when it is not — 45 g for the Small. The point of a cube is not storage, it is that you can find the thing you packed without unpacking everything on top of it.

OT Packing Cube

A duffel is one big hole. Everything goes in, and the thing you need is at the bottom of it.

These are the dividers. Three sizes cut to the OT Duffel's internal dimensions, so they tile the space rather than floating in it: Small for accessories and small items, Medium for a change of clothes, Large for bulkier layers.

The material is a PU-coated nylon, light enough that the Small adds 45 grams and the Large 90. Empty, each one rolls into a bundle a few centimetres across — the Small stows to 75 × 50 × 50 mm — so carrying a spare costs nothing.

They are not waterproof and they are not structural. They are there so that unpacking one thing does not mean unpacking everything.
