The J.cot tent W TC uses high-quality TC (polyester-cotton blend) fabric, known for its excellent breathability, superior light-blocking, and moisture-regulating properties. This durable material is strong against external elements like fire, rain, and wind, keeping the interior cooler in summer, warmer in winter, and significantly reducing condensation by regulating temperature and humidity.

Both sides are treated to repel rain while maintaining breathability for year-round comfort.

The TR and Horn structure raises the entrance and creates near-vertical walls on all sides, maximizing interior space. The Tension Ridge design increases entrance height for easier access and better views, while allowing rainproof ventilation at the tent’s highest point.

The Horn structure is connected to the end of the main pole to expand space, increase the rigidity of the Ridge pole, and provide a variety of convenience, such as securing a vent window and expanding the fly inner gap.

In the normal state of the Hexa Cord Lock, the string is fixed, and the string can be moved by pressing the middle of both sides.

Easy Attachment and Detachment of Tents and Cots

The J.cot tent W TC has two pockets and two zippers for easy fixing and attaching and detaching of four corners.

⚠️ Store Dry

Do not store the product while wet. This may cause mold, odor, and fabric damage. Dry completely and wipe off any dirt with a soft cloth before storing.

Machine washing may damage the fabric. Avoid using a washing machine.

To reduce condensation, minimize temperature differences between inside and outside, and reduce sources of indoor humidity. Regular ventilation is also helpful.

For the user's convenience, the door fixing line was elongated and a hexa cord lock was attached.

*In the normal state of the hexa cord lock, the line is fixed, and you can move the line by pressing the middle of both.

The J.cot tent W TC includes 7 fabric loops along the interior. Perfect for hanging lightweight items or small organizers to keep your space neat and accessible.

The J.cot tent W TC adds a clip at the bottom to increase the bond between the tent and pole. It also prevents the pole from bouncing forward when it falls off at corner Jake's foot.

*When the skin and clip fastening are stiff, it is easier to open the door of the tent and fasten it.

When do I get the tracking number for my orders?

Most products: within 1–3 business days after you place your order.
Bigtent Direct products: usually within 2–3 business days, once the package leaves our overseas hub.
Bigtent Explore products: about one week after your order, once the shipment arrives at our Canada warehouse and is dispatched to you.

I am ordering from US, is there anything I need to beware?

For U.S. orders, customers usually pay import duties, sales tax, and fees upon delivery, just like a regular cross-border shipment. In the past, items under $800 were duty-free, but that exemption has ended and tariffs now apply. On Bigtent Direct products in your order, a tariff deposit is prepaid at checkout to help avoid unexpected charges and delays at customs.

Why isn’t free shipping applied even though I reached the free-shipping threshold?

Did your order include any Bigtent Direct (BD) products?
BD items are excluded from our free-shipping offer, since we already apply a tier-based shipping rate designed to charge you the minimum possible cost for air-direct delivery.

In addition, some products with large dimensional weight or discounted items also be excluded from the free-shipping threshold.

Aside from these cases, free shipping is applied automatically once your order qualifies.

Where is Bigtent Outdoors Ltd. located?

Our headquarters is in Canada, but the shipping dispatching location depends on the product, brand, or shipping method. Orders may ship from South Korea, Canada, or the United States.

Do I really need the shipping insurance (SavedBy Package Protection)?

We strongly recommend keeping it, as it covers any damages, loss, or theft during delivery. This is especially important for Bigtent Direct and Explore orders, since they involve international shipping.
If you choose to opt out, please note that Bigtent Outdoors will not be able to assist with shipping-related problems, as we won’t have the tools to file claims on your behalf.

How can I claim my warranty?

Bigtent Direct (BD) products follow a separate warranty policy.
Most other products, including Bigtent Explore(BE) products, are covered under our General Warranty, but please note that some exceptions may apply.
