Air One Pro 22

Set the pressure, then let it stop itself

Air One Pro 22 pump on an air mat with its hose connected and the display showing a pressure reading.

Up to 22 PSI with auto-stop

Set a target anywhere from 0.4 to 22 PSI in 0.1 steps and read it in PSI, kPa or bar. The pump stops itself at that pressure.

Diagram of the two-stage motor: high-speed mode at 250-400 L/min and low-speed mode at 70 L/min.

Two-stage BLDC dual motor

High-speed mode moves 250-400 L/min to fill volume fast, then low-speed mode runs at 70 L/min to finish the job under higher pressure.

USB-C cable plugged into the pump's charging port; rated input 5 V-2 A, full charge about 5 hours.

Cordless 15,600 mAh battery

A built-in 15,600 mAh pack gives about 40 minutes or more of running per charge in mixed high/low-speed use. It tops up from any USB-C cable at 5 V / 2 A.

Nine nozzles: the eight standard nozzles with their outer and inner diameters, plus the flanged air tent adapter.

Nine nozzles for mixed gear

Eight standard nozzles from 7 to 32 mm, including a silicone adapter, plus one air tent adapter make nine. They fit tents, mats, sofas, boards and household inflatables.

Top view of the pump's two ports, with arrows showing air leaving the outlet and entering the intake.

Inflates and deflates

A separate outlet and intake let the same pump fill gear and pull the air back out for packing down. Deflation runs slower than inflation.

The Air One Pro 22 pump and its air hose packed inside the open EVA hard case.

1.1 kg body with EVA hard case

The 1.1 kg body fits one hand, and the EVA hard case holds the pump, hose and nozzles together between trips.

What it works with

Compatible withCompatible
Mount River Neo Nest 80 Air Cot Tent Reaches the tent's 4.5 PSI working pressure in about 45 seconds in vendor in-house testing. Sold separately.✓
Mount River Sky Mat Wave 77 Insulated Sleeping Pad Low-pressure gear: set the target to the pressure the pad is rated for. The pump adjusts from 0.4 PSI in 0.1 PSI steps and stops there. Sold separately.✓
Air mats, sofas, tubes, pools and paddle boards Fits valves that accept one of the supplied nozzles: eight standard nozzles (7-32 mm / 0.28-1.26 in outer diameter, including a silicone adapter) plus a flanged adapter.✓

Maximum output is 22 PSI (1.52 bar); always check the recommended pressure of the item you are inflating and set the target below it. Nozzle fit depends on the valve: inflatables with non-standard valves may not seat even at the same nominal size, so check the valve opening first. Inflation times quoted here come from vendor in-house testing and vary with conditions of use.

Questions about the Air One Pro 22

Will it inflate the Neo Nest 80 Air cot tent?

Yes. The tent runs at 4.5 PSI, and in vendor in-house testing the pump reaches that pressure in about 45 seconds. Times vary with temperature, valve fit and how you set the target. The Neo Nest 80 Air is sold separately.

What can I actually connect it to?

Nine nozzles in all. Eight standard nozzles from 7 to 32 mm / 0.28 to 1.26 in outer diameter, including a silicone adapter, cover air tents, air mats and sofas, tubes and pools, paddle boards and household inflatables. A ninth, flanged adapter fits some air tent valves. Valves that are not a standard size may not seat even when the nominal diameter matches, so check the opening before you inflate.

Will it fit my Heimplanet air tent?

Yes, that is what the ninth nozzle is for. The flanged adapter is made for Heimplanet air tent valves. Valve designs can differ between models and production years, so compare your tent's valve with the adapter photo before you inflate.

Heimplanet is a trademark of its owner, and BigTent is not affiliated with Heimplanet.

How long does a charge last, and how long does it take to charge?

About 40 minutes or more of running per charge in mixed high/low-speed use, from a 15,600 mAh built-in pack (3.7 V basis, about 57.7 Wh). It charges over USB Type-C at 5 V / 2 A in about 5 hours, or up to about 6 hours from fully drained. It ships partly charged, so charge it fully before the first use. The battery gauge steps up while it charges and switches off when it is full. Run it no longer than 10 minutes at a time and let it cool; it also stops on its own after 20 minutes of operation.

Does it pull air out as fast as it puts air in?

No. Deflation runs slower than inflation on this pump. Set a target above 5 PSI before you start drawing air out, and keep both ports clear while it runs.

How do I set it up and start inflating?

Screw air hose connector A into the INFLATE outlet, screw the nozzle that suits your valve into connector B, then seat the nozzle in the valve. Press the power button twice to switch on. The double press keeps it from starting by accident in a bag.

Choose PSI, kPa or bar with the unit button, set the target with + and -, then press the green INFLATE/DEFLATE button. It stops at the target pressure; press power to switch off. To deflate, fit connector A to the DEFLATE intake instead and check that air is being drawn out.

Why does it get louder partway through inflating?

That is the two-stage motor changing over. It starts in high-speed mode to move volume, then switches to low-speed mode to build pressure, and it gets louder at that point. Leave it running: it stops on its own at the pressure you set.

What precautions should I follow when using it?

For adult use only; keep it out of reach of children and stay with it while it runs. Keep it away from heaters, stoves, open flame and hot direct sun, because the battery can overheat. Keep the outlet and intake clear and free of water and debris, and don't charge it in damp places or handle the plug with wet hands.

Check the recommended pressure of the item you are inflating before you set a target. If the pressure reading doesn't climb, or the pump runs past the pressure you set, stop using it and contact BigTent support.

How should I store it between trips?

For long storage, charge it fully and top it up at least once a month so the battery keeps its capacity. The battery is sealed inside and can't be removed or replaced. When the pump reaches the end of its life, dispose of it and the battery under your local recycling rules.

One pump for the whole kit is the point: set the target pressure and it stops itself — 4.5 PSI for the Air tent, which fills in about 45 seconds, or a gentle 0.7 PSI for the Sky Mat. That 0.4–22 PSI range with auto-stop is what makes it safe to hand one pump both jobs. USB-C charging, nine nozzles, and about 40 minutes of running per charge covers a weekend of inflating and deflating.
