Poly 75D Roof Shield Water Repellency

The shelter can be used without issues even on rainy days, thanks to its full roof made of water-repellent Poly 75D fabric.

Stay Dry, Stay Ready

Due to the characteristics of T/C fabric, excessive rainfall can lead to water pooling, fabric saturation, leaks, and internal condensation. During rainy weather, be sure to attach the TPU full roof and secure it firmly using the string. Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to this reason.

Heavy Rain? Add Extra Protection

While the Shelter GH / GHE fabric is treated with a basic water-repellent finish, areas such as the toggle hook seams (excluding the full fly) may be prone to leakage under heavy rain or when water accumulates. In such cases, it is recommended to use seam sealer or waterproofing spray to prevent leaks.

Please Read Before Purchasing

Due to the nature of T/C fabric, the texture may be uneven, and there may be instances of stains, frayed threads, scratches, or snags in one or multiple areas. These are inherent characteristics of T/C fabric and are not grounds for exchange, return, or refund.
If you are particularly sensitive to these issues, we recommend choosing products made with polyester fabric instead.

*The above issues are not considered defects if they are within 15cm in size. Any issue exceeding 15cm will be considered a defect.

Important Information Before Purchase

⚠️ Mesh Bunching or Loose Threads

MinimalWorks products are made from premium materials with outstanding breathability. However, due to the nature of the manufacturing process, minor snags or fraying on the mesh, as shown in the photo, may occasionally occur.

⚠️ Pole Surface Scratches

Light surface scratches may occur on poles during production, shipping, or assembly.
Photos are for reference. The appearance of scratches can vary depending on the pole material and color.

⚠️ Fabric Marks, Yarn Bunching

Marks may appear on the fabric from dyeing, sewing lubricant (machine oil), or other production steps.
Such traces tend to be more visible on lighter colors.

When do I get the tracking number for my orders?

Most products: within 1–3 business days after you place your order.
Bigtent Direct products: usually within 2–3 business days, once the package leaves our overseas hub.
Bigtent Explore products: about one week after your order, once the shipment arrives at our Canada warehouse and is dispatched to you.

I am ordering from US, is there anything I need to beware?

For U.S. orders, customers usually pay import duties, sales tax, and fees upon delivery, just like a regular cross-border shipment. In the past, items under $800 were duty-free, but that exemption has ended and tariffs now apply. On Bigtent Direct products in your order, a tariff deposit is prepaid at checkout to help avoid unexpected charges and delays at customs.

Why isn’t free shipping applied even though I reached the free-shipping threshold?

Did your order include any Bigtent Direct (BD) products?
BD items are excluded from our free-shipping offer, since we already apply a tier-based shipping rate designed to charge you the minimum possible cost for air-direct delivery.

In addition, some products with large dimensional weight or discounted items also be excluded from the free-shipping threshold.

Aside from these cases, free shipping is applied automatically once your order qualifies.

Where is Bigtent Outdoors Ltd. located?

Our headquarters is in Canada, but the shipping dispatching location depends on the product, brand, or shipping method. Orders may ship from South Korea, Canada, or the United States.

Do I really need the shipping insurance (SavedBy Package Protection)?

We strongly recommend keeping it, as it covers any damages, loss, or theft during delivery. This is especially important for Bigtent Direct and Explore orders, since they involve international shipping.
If you choose to opt out, please note that Bigtent Outdoors will not be able to assist with shipping-related problems, as we won’t have the tools to file claims on your behalf.

How can I claim my warranty?

Bigtent Direct (BD) products follow a separate warranty policy.
Most other products, including Bigtent Explore(BE) products, are covered under our General Warranty, but please note that some exceptions may apply.
